The Journey:
Founded in 1949 by William H. Pitt, William Pitt Real Estate earned a sterling reputation and spotless track record. In 1998, the managing partners took the firm through it’s greatest expansion. With this growth and recognition, the privately owned and operated company affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2005. In 2008, the firm partnered with Building and Land Technology, a second-generation Norwalk-based real estate development company. Now servicing Fairfield County, New Haven County and Connecticut’s shoreline communities, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty has 20 offices and more than 650 sales associates.
