Darien, CT Weekly Real Estate Report
Darien is starting the spring market with a bang! The inventory has been low lately, but the past week brought 14 new listings to the market. And, they were across the board price-wise, ranging from a low of $688,500 to a high of $4,195,000. Four homes have newly accepted offers and two properties closed. I think the activity will remain strong as long as the weather stays on the mild side. We infamously have a dip in activity when the February vacations begin (wasn’t it just Christmas?), but that’s usually only a slight pause in the market.
