Rowayton saw some great new listings come on this past week – mostly in the 1 to 2 million range. There was one accepted offer, one house going to deposit and no closings.

Fantastic new listings coming on in Darien, which continues to be such a strong market right now. There were fourteen new listings, including a nice new land listing I put on in the Delafield Island Association for $949,000 (see listing below).
There were ten accepted offers and six properties going to signed contract. Very nice.

Darien has picked up incredibly. There were 14 new listings and 8 accepted offers. Eleven properties went pending including the stately 203 Long Neck Point Road listed for $11,900,000. The inventory in Darien is rapidly improving and good homes are getting snatched up very quickly. It’s a great time to sell and a compelling time to buy.
New Canaan, CT Weekly Real Estate Report
New Canaan continues to add to its ample inventory with some phenomenal new listings. Things are selling and buyers are looking. The 3 million range continues to be strong and active. The 2 million range is not far behind. There were 18 new listings – an incredible amount. Some of the new listings were re-lists, but still, a good number. Three properties went pending including a land listing, a condo and a single family home.
